On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I give an update on the fact that I'm returning to the 80/20 rule, by incorporating more bread and processed food as I enter my hibernation state for the winter :)
I then do a review of Emily Lubin's original podcast "RIP Diets" which I discovered due to the fact that Emily is now the new co-host of one of my favorite podcasts, "Diet Starts Tomorrow."
I actually listed to two of Emily's podcast, one of her recent ones which delves into her struggles with body dysmorphia and I also listed to her first podcast, which is about her journey with Intuitive Eating.
I end on a quick discussion of a recent Kardashian's episode, where Kourtney discussed her weight and how any time she's been her thinnest, she was also the most miserable.
