On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I recap my recent trip to the East Coast, where I had a few delicious meals and also managed to lose a little weight, which is VERY rare when I am traveling. I discuss my breakfast of champions while flying (aka wine) and the not-so-bad airport sushi that kept me on track.

On this show, Dr. Cole had on guest Ashleigh Vanhouten, who is a health coach and author of "It takes Guts" which is a cookbook that helps people find easy ways to incorporate nutrient-dense organ meat (gross but fascinating.)
Dr. Cole and Ashleigh discuss how to use a "carnivorish" way of eating to reset your body, instead of fasting, along with many other compelling topics!
