On this week's episode I discuss my rough week of mentally spiraling over things I can't control and how I finally pulled my brain out of the muck.
I also talk about the delicious asian noodles I made and how I went pumpkin crazy at Trader Joes, with mixed results.
Finally I do a review of "Weight Wednesday" from Jenny Hutt and the awesome guests she had on, including Kim Shapira, celebrity personal trainer Jordan Syatt and my new favorite follow on Instagram, Dr_Idz.
Jordan goes on to talk about not eating like an asshole and if you do eat like an asshole, don't treat yourself like an asshole, lol. Jordan is all about simplifying weight loss and hates all the diet-fads that simply don't work for people.
Dr. Idz is very entertaining MD from the UK, who developed a huge following on social media by de-bunking stupid people on the internet who perpetuate scientifically false information related to diet and weight loss.
