On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I talk about my recent vacation to Maine and Canada, sharing details on all of the delicious (and not so delicious) food I ate and the fun ways I moved my body in nature.
I was reminded yet AGAIN, how important it is to keep expectations relatively low if you don't want to get disappointed and become the worst version of yourself (my worst version is an entitled, spoiled, brat...not a good look.)
I end with a final review of the viral podcast series "Fed Up" because they added a bonus 7th show, where they brought on experts to discuss both sides. We heard from a Daily Beast reporter, a registered dietician who doesn't believe in dieting and an attorney who discussed freedom of speech and what is actually illegal to post on the internet. (I learned you can call people Dumb-Dumb and not get in trouble, lol)
It was another fascinating discussion and I break it all down in this show! If you enjoy topics such as: diet culture, weight loss, instagram trolling, cancel culture, influencer controversy, wealth, fashion and PR scandals, you will love this show!
